The Blackhawks Stanley Cup win is now memorialized in the minutes of the U.S. House of Representatives, thanks to Chicago Congressman Mike Quigley.
H. Res 1439 congratulates the Hawks on their "amazing offense, superb defense, and unmatched depth," and notes that the cup has now returned "to where it belongs, sweet home Chicago."
A couple of other congressmen voted against the resolution, and we can only hope Quigley will be dropping the gloves to take care of them.
