Rick Munoz, who has been the 22nd Ward alderman since 1993 – representing the Little Village neighborhood, sat down with Progress Illinois last week to discuss his bid for Cook County Circuit Court Clerk against incumbent Dorothy Brown. Munoz says that he’s running for clerk because Brown's leadership has led to an antiquated and inefficient bureaucracy.
