City sets timetable for $212 million in new downtown CTA stations

Construction will begin by April 2013 on three new or totally rebuilt Chicago Transit Authority train stations downtown, officials announced with some pretty big smiles on Tuesday. Coming first will be rebuilding the Clark and Division Red Line stop.
