Now you can answer the same question about Rahm Emanuel, thanks to a new site that evaluates how well Emanuel has hewed to his campaign promises.
It's Tabs on Rahm, brought to you by the same folks who launched Tabs on Obama.
So far, the site seems to reflect middling performance by the mayor, who gets between two and three stars (out of five) in most categories.
