Target to break ground Thursday for store at Cabrini-Green site

The store will employ approximately 200, including 75 public housing residents when it is completed in fall 2013. Target acquired the 3.6-acre parcel in a land swap with the
Chicago Housing Authority
this year, according to spokeswoman Wendy Parks.
