So, it appears that mayor-elect Rahm Emanuel's seemingly unlimited political power does have bounds. Three of the 10 candidates he supported in aldermanic runoffs yesterday went down in flames.
Now we know: A nod from Rahm is not the same as ... say ... a nod from Mayor Daley. But give the new guy a couple of decades to settle in and then we'll see how he's doing. Read more...
