Daley says he won't endorse anyone in primaries

Mayor Richard M. Daley announced today he wouldn’t lend his endorsement to any candidates running in the Feb. 2 primary. Sorry, Pat Quinn. Sorry, Todd Stroger.

O'Brien responds with poll putting him in second place

County Board President candidate Terrence O’Brien wasted no time in responding to a Tribune/WGN poll placing him third in the race.

O’Brien’s campaign released the results of a poll conducted by Alexandria, Va.-based Cooper & Secrest Associates, in November, which asked voters who they would pick in the February primary. Read more...
